From curb to clear
Four steps, no home entry, and a price that does not move. Here is what a PickCurb pickup looks like from start to finish.

1. Book in about two minutes
Check your postal code, choose a load size or the exact items, and add a photo of the pile. Pick a day and a three-hour window, confirm your items will be at the curb, and you are booked.
2. We confirm and assign a truck
Your booking reference goes out immediately. When a truck is assigned to your route you get a message, and again when the crew is on the way with a live ETA.
3. Put it at the curb
Place everything at the curb, accessible from the street, by the start of your window. Bags and boxes should be tied or closed. Appliances should be empty.
No one needs to be home, and no one will knock. The crew photographs the pile when they arrive.
4. Cleared, swept, and paid
The crew loads the pile and sweeps the spot. You receive the final total and receipt, and payment is taken after pickup, with 13% HST included in the total shown.
