Curbside pickup only

Traditional junk removal sends a crew through your house, up your stairs, and around your furniture. That labour is most of what you pay for. PickCurb removes it from the equation: your items stay at the curb, and our crew does a single, efficient outdoor lift.

That also means no appointment where someone must be home, no rearranging your day around a crew, and no strangers walking through your bedrooms.

Shared neighbourhood routes

Every booking lands on a route. When several curbs on the same street or block book the same day, the truck makes one trip instead of five. Fewer kilometres and fewer hours per pickup is what lets us keep prices below the in-home operators.

It also means same-day slots depend on where the truck already is. The earlier in the day you book, the better the odds.

Upfront pricing, locked at booking

You see a flat price before you confirm: by load size, by item, or from a photo. The number includes curbside collection and disposal, and it is locked the moment you book. 13% HST is added and shown before you submit.

Payment is collected after pickup, once the truck is loaded, not at booking.

Photo-first booking

Every booking requires at least one photo of the pile at the curb. Photos keep the price honest in both directions: they help us send the right truck, and they protect you if a pile looks different in person.

If the pile is materially larger than described, the crew sends a revised price with a photo before loading. Nothing changes without your approval.

Independent local haulers

PickCurb is operated by HelpQuarters Inc. and works with independent local haulers who run our routes under the PickCurb standard. Every pickup follows the same pricing, the same photo confirmation, and the same curbside-only rule.

What we do not do

• We do not remove items from inside a home, garage, basement, or backyard shed.
• We do not take paint, solvents, oil, propane, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, liquids, or loose soil and concrete.
• We do not provide bins, dumpsters, or long-term rentals.
