Before you book
Common questions
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
No. PickCurb is curbside only. Leave everything at the curb by the start of your window and our crew handles the rest. No one enters your home.
Where should I leave my items?
Anywhere outside and reachable from the street: the curb, the driveway, the side of the house, the dumpster area, or the loading zone at your building. Indoors, upstairs, or behind a locked gate is out of scope.
How does pricing work?
Every price is flat and shown before you book. The number includes the pickup and disposal, plus 13% HST. There is no on-site estimate and no surprise charge after the fact.
How soon can you pick up?
Same-day and next-day windows are usually available across Hamilton and the GTA. Choose a window at booking and you get a text before the truck leaves.
When do I pay?
After pickup. We collect payment once the truck is loaded, and 13% HST is included in the total you see. Your quoted price is locked at booking.
What counts as a pile size?
Load sizes are based on how much of our truck bed your items fill, from a minimum pickup up to a full load. The size guide on the pricing page shows real examples.
How many photos do I need to upload?
At least one clear photo of the pile at the curb. Up to six are welcome, especially for large or mixed piles, so the crew knows what to expect.
What can't you take?
Paint, solvents, oil, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos, medical waste, liquids, and loose soil or concrete. Anything that would need to be carried out from inside the home is out of scope.
How does the minimum charge work?
Every pickup has a $79 minimum, which covers a couple of bags or boxes. Add items until you reach the minimum and the price stays there.
What happens if my pile is bigger than booked?
The crew photographs the pile and sends you a revised price before loading. Nothing changes without your approval.
Which areas do you serve?
Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Toronto, including Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
