Two things worth
checking first.
Booking changes
Have your booking reference ready (it looks like PC-7K2QX). Include the address and the window you booked and we can move, resize, or cancel a pickup before the crew is dispatched.
Waitlist requests
If your postal code is outside our routes, use the waitlist on the availability check. It tells us exactly where to add the next route, and you will be first to know when it opens.

The price is locked at booking and you pay after pickup. Most customers finish in about two minutes.
